    INITIAL ACTIONS BEFORE PURCHASE: -

    • We recommend purchasing our "Test Kit" to test your water balance levels. These are important for the comfort of the swimmer. It is also important to know whether your pool is in an area that suffers from Hard Water i.e. above 500ppm Total Hardness.

    • Even if you do not go through with your purchase of a "Chlorine Free System" after receiving the "Test Kit", the kit can continue to be used for your pool/spa/hot tub, therefore no money has been spent unnecessarily. You should always know/monitor your water balance levels no matter what sanitisation method is used. By all means, if you have your own test kit for Water Hardness etc, then great (as long as accuracy is good), if there is no Water Hardness problem then just go straight through and purchase.

    • If your Water Hardness is above a level of 500ppm, enough for there to be scale forming at your pool's water line or in equipment etc; this must be remedied first before purchase. If this is not rectified then the system will work for approximately 3 months and then stop working because the scale will build up on the Copper/Silver electrodes and form a barrier. The electrodes need to be in contact with the water to deliver the Copper/Silver ions. If there is a barrier of scale built up, then the ions cannot get in the water therefore the system will not work.

    We are this positive because, not only do we sell these systems, but we also have one on our home pool/demo pool. We do not smell of harsh sanitisation chemicals, we do not get brittle hair, we do not have dry skin.
